We’re extending the deadline ‘cause we’ve been really busy working on the new Hats & Colors UI/interface & Dino Run trading cards for STEAM!
Plus we haven’t received that many submissions, so, the prizes are easy pickings for a minimal amount of effort. Just sayin’…
SO, try your hand at fan art relating to any or all of the following:

- Hyper Light Drifter by Heart Machine
- N+ by Metanet Software
- Bastion by SuperGiant Games
- Machinarium by Amanita Design
And mashing them up with Dino Run, of course.

Hey, what’s going on? This is MJL from Studio DAP and I just wanted to let you guys know that we’re working on two brand new games. You’re gonna love em’.
The first one is a first-person action strategy game by the name of Dino Starve. I’ve managed to snag the audio from the game’s intro, so instead of telling you about the game I’m just gonna let you listen for yourself. Unfortunately I can’t show you the cinematic portion of it at this time, but I can tell you that there will be a screening for it soon.The other game I want to share with you is a top-down stealth-based time-attack game called Don’t Run. In this game you’ll be playing as a kid at a pool who is dead set on getting to where you need to be in a hurry, which is on the other side of the pool. If the life guards catch you running they’ll blow their whistle, forcing you to stop running for a while. If they catch you running too many times they’ll kick you out of the pool and it’s game over. If you run too fast you might slip and fall, which will cause you to get hurt and lose some health. Getting hurt will also slow you down. The more hurt you are the slower you will go, so you may really want to avoid that.

Hello! We’re happy to announce a new Dino Run fan-art contest themed around the Dino Run Indie Collection.
We want to see your creativity with mashing up Dino Run and the selected Indie Games for each week’s contest - a total of 8 contests over the next 8 weeks - starting today.
Draw, paint, sculpt, collage, pixel art, make music, interpretive dance, whatever you like. The Dino Run indie collection is admittedly bizarre, so, go with it!
1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be selected weekly by Pixeljam and the participating indie devs in each weeks contest. At the end of it all, we’ll select one Grand Prize winner who will be showered with goodies.
All winners receive recognition on our Pixeljam twitter, tumblr, facebook & Instagram feeds + Pixeljam blog. We may even start a Pixeljam Snapchat up for this!
