Here’s a mockup of (roughly) the stages of the first Boss Battle in Captain Commander.
It was our first oversized boss battle ever. There are 4 of them total in the game.
Gamma Bros, of course, had 3 epic Boss battles prior to these, but they were all similarly sized to the bros. They were no less badass though.. especially the dreaded & powerful Death Head..
Potatoman rides again!! :D
This is a random image I felt inspired to make of Potatoman (in Atari 2600 style) riding the unicorn from our recent Retro Unicorn Attack. (a “de-make” of Adult Swim’s Robot Unicorn Attack).
