The final Boss that made it into Captain Commander. The Alien Mother Brain Fortress!
This is a pretty intense battle. The top animation shows the stages of the fortress’ destruction.
the second one shows the details of he fortress’ attacks and defenses.

This one is a little crazy! Super overconfident, but of course he underestimates Captain Commander. this one is stationed in the Alien “Science” Laboratory, guarding the exit to the ships.
And here’s a rough mockup of the basics of the 2nd Boss Battle in Captain Commander. A trio of overconfident hostile Aliens.
It might seem like Captain Commander is the hostile one here, coming to their planet & wreaking havoc, but he’s on a rescue mission. They’ve captured a number of humans (and are doing twisted experiments on them) and he’s here to liberate them! He will do what it takes!
A not-very-nice alien scientist in Captain Commander abusing one of his (or her) unfortunate mutant test subjects. What a creep!

This is mere moments before Captain Commander’s crashes down & his universal translator gets busted and the Aliens start sounding pretty goofy..
